For years we continuously delayed “dealing” with matters pertaining to updating our Wills, let alone were not aware of the concept and the importance of creating a “Master” Estate Directory.

After speaking with Brenda Grantham we learned that this Directory would be so beneficial to our family and provide all the information they would need to honour our wishes and settle our estate in a less stressful manner.

Brenda was fantastic in her approach, providing the information we needed to get started and after our first session, we had our to-do list and we were truly motivated. She provided us with the tools, guidance and comfort for us to determine our numerous decisions.

Her gentle style and support encouraged us to be prepared for each session and set a timeline for the project to keep us on track. She provided very useful documents that we could follow and fill in all of our necessary unique details.

Brenda is a sensitive listener and never rushes you. She made us feel at ease and comfortable. Estate planning is not an easy topic but Brenda’s warm and approachable personality allowed us to open up with each other, privately as a couple and make the necessary decisions, knowing how beneficial they will be for our family in the future.

We now have the peace of mind, and a sense of accomplishment, knowing that our Master Estate Directory has been created with all the details; accounts/passwords; access and most importantly our personal wishes required to settle our estate.

We can’t recommend Brenda highly enough! She is extremely caring and knowledgeable and we have told friends and family about the wonderful experience we had with her.

Now that we have finished our last session, I just wanted to send you a note to thank you for your guiding me through this process.

When you first described your services to me a few months ago, I was somewhat skeptical that they would be of value to my wife and I. We have always kept our records organized, and we are both fully involved in all of our personal and financial affairs. As a courtesy however, I did agree to book a Zoom session with you so that you could describe the process, and show me how it would be of value to us. I'm certainly glad I did!

By the end of the information session, you had me interested in going through the process, and after our first lesson I was sold. Not only did the lessons show me how to document and organize our personal and financial affairs, it also uncovered some gaps that we didn't even know existed, and probably would never have thought of until it was too late.

Dan and I could not let the day of our last session with you pass without putting our sincere gratitude for the development of our Estate Directory binder to paper.

We have always considered our affairs to be in proper order in many ways, however, we now realize that to have all pertinent and ordered information collected in one binder is supremely helpful.
