CONCIERGE - PRIVATE ONLINE OPTION - COST $500.00 (donation receipt for 500.00 provided)

• Four 1-hour sessions via Zoom to review all forms, handouts, “extras” (customized letter to loved ones, cover page, other related materials), and to create a customized table of contents.
• Process is organized and a “handheld” approach for each session is provided.
• Ongoing coaching, support, and encouragement. 
• Pre-set appointments to keep you motivated.
• Client is required to purchase their own binder, indexing, and plastic inserts if building a physical directory. You will be required to print all materials provided via e-mail. This is not applicable if building a digital directory.
• Several more forms and handouts are provided with this option, as well as personalized review and instructions at each session. 
• Donation of $500.00, payable to Strategic Charitable Giving Foundation due after the first session. 

IN PERSON OPTION - (Halifax Metro Area only) - COST $600.00 (donation receipt for $600.00 provided)

• One 1-hour session, in person, to review basic forms and handouts.
• Follow up with 4 phone calls, 1 every 3 weeks, to answer questions, provide support and encouragement.
• Client is provided with binder, indexing, plastic inserts, basic forms, and handouts.
• Donation of $600.00, payable to Strategic Charitable Giving Foundation due after the first session.  

In 2021, Brenda opened the Allan and Brenda Grantham Foundation which is a charitable giving program set up through IG Wealth Management. Eligible charities, recommended by Brenda, receive an annual grant and that amount increases as the account grows. For the remainder of 2024, Brenda would like to offer to donate hundred percent of her fee and you will be provided with a tax receipt, provided you are a Canadian citizen. After your first session, she will provide you with the forms to complete and you would return them to her with your cheque. She will provide everything to the foundation and they will send you a tax receipt directly. Please see the Foundation tab for more information regarding this cause.
